All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send us the product back in its original packaging.
Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions.
